My Story

Hey, welcome to my world. I'm Jools Raye.

Rediscovery Coach, boy mama, and host of the chart-topping podcast Bold Moves with Jools Raye

I’ve always chosen myself first when it comes to my work, doing work that is fulfilling and lights me up in coaching, mentoring and leadership development by geeking out on human behaviour and phycology.

Then I had my son in that pandemic. A whisper that there was something more turned into a roar so I start podcast and interviewed experts and thought leaders in women wellbeing and work.

What I discovered was wild! As I got older I’d been making career decisions based on security instead of truth and as a result forced myself into environments that looked successful on paper but felt completely out of sync.

I’ve taken my insights from the podcast, 18years expertise and my own personal experience to create this work to guide women into rediscovering who they are and lead their visions into reality. ‍Because yes you are not too old to redesign your life.
